VW transporter Wrap
Wasabi Green Gloss Hexis

One of the most eye-catching projects we completed this year – VW transporter wrap in the crazy Wasabi Gren Gloss vinyl by Hexis.

Brave colour for those who aren’t afraid to attract all the attention like our client. He chose this green with confidence and we must admit that he made an excellent choice.

  • The Process

    We always begin the process by thoroughly cleaning and washing down the vehicle. Our technician then brings the van to our workshop and begins stripping the parts down. It’s necessary so the wrappers can lay vinyl over the edges to create a seamless finish.

    The vinyl which had been previously cut to size is then individually applied onto clean panels. Our wrappers clean it again beforehand so there is no visible dirt or debris left which could show underneath.

    Once completed, our mechanic build the vehicle up again and makes sure everything works as it should. It’s then ready for our workshop manager to conduct the final  quality check before arranging to hand it over to the customer.

     

     

  • The Results

    VW transporter wrap looks absolutely great. The final effect definitely exceeded our and our client’s expectations.

    Not only this green is a great vinyl colour by itself, it also matches the vehicle really well.
