Full Wash & Paintwork Health Check

Your vehicle goes through a thorough bodywork health check to ensure there’s no major damage or imperfections that may increase final delivery times.

It will also receive a full decontamination wash getting it ready for clay bar procedure.

Claybar Procedure

Once washed our technician will clay bar the entire vehicle / parts to receive ceramic coating.

Services Leeds

Reforma’s Ceramic Coating Services are provided in-house in our facility in Baildon on the outskirts of Leeds. All Vehicles are extensively prepped before coating.

Initially a full wash and paintwork check is carried out followed every panel on the vehicle receiving clay-bar treatment to remove all potential contaminants stuck to the body.

Each panel surface is buffed using cutting compounds to even out every millimetre of the vehicle allowing the Ceramic Coating to bond correctly with the existing paintwork.

Ceramic Coating is now ready to be applied to the vehicle by hand.
This procedure can take 1 to 2 days depending on the type and size of your vehicle.
