This Volvo XC40 was brought to us by Bradford based Clive Brook dealership. Providers of new and used Volvos. Commissioned to wrap the roof and pillars in 3M 1080 Gloss Black vinyl from its original gloss white.

The Process
The vehicle begun by having a thorough wash to ensure no dirt or debris was left on the vehicle. A further in-depth clean with a clay bar took place to remove the smaller bits of dirt which could result in bubbles when the vinyl is applied. Our technician then removed the roof liner door pillars and door trims to allow our wrappers to tuck the vinyl under each panel. This eliminates any lift going forward. The vehicle is then rebuilt with a final inspection to ensure we are happy with the quality & finish.

The Results
The final result is a Volvo XC40 with a modern and stylish appearance. The 3M 1080 Gloss Black working well with the original metallic paint tone of this Volvo.
