The three door Rolls Royce Drophead offers imposing and dramatic looks combined with a sleekness of a 3-door drop-top side profile. This one came to us in Metallic Gunmetal with a brushed bonnet and A pillar section. The owner wanted to give the car a sleeker look so the decision was made to wrap the entire vehicle in a Gloss White finish.

  • The Process

    We have a lot of experience wrapping Rolls-Royces and we were able to put this to good use again with this example. Each vehicle we work with is allocated a dedicated “bay” for the duration of the job which allows us to control the temperature and condition of the area to ensure a flawless and long-lasting wrap.

    We began here by removing the trim, bumpers, lights and handles from the bodywork of the vehicle. When all panels were trim-free, we cleaned them all thoroughly to prepare them for the wrapping process.

    For this job we selected 3M™ 1380 Gloss White wrapping film to transform the exterior look of the car. It’s excellent conformability made it easy to apply to the Drophead’s recesses and channels. The brushed sections on the bonnet and A-pillar trims were also wrapped in the film to give the entire Drophead a gloss white makeover.

  • The Results

    Here at Reforma, white is a popular colour choice when it comes to wrapping Rolls Royces and you can see why in the pictures below. It instantly adds another level of prestige and elegance to this already classy car. The customer wanted added sleek? Mission accomplished.
