The Process
Did you know we can also fit body kits and accessories? For this Defender we installed the light bar across the front roof to give it that flashier look.
Our tried and tested process starts with a full check over and exterior clean to ensure the vehicle is clear of any imperfections that could be highlighted by the vinyl. Next our technicians remove any parts than need to come off, such as bumpers, door handles so our wrappers have full access to the areas they need.
While this is happening our Production team pre-cuts the vinyl into panels, so it’s ready for application. Our wrapper then take over and, working panel by panel, wrap the lower half of the Defender leaving the grill and bumpers black. Once they are happy they have achieved the best possible finish the project is passed back to a technician to reassemble and fit the light bar.
Our workshop manager conducts a quality check before contacting the customer.

A striking, powerful looking vehicle for our customer. High gloss colours are becoming very popular.
