Gloss Black Detailing
The all new Jaguar F-Type. brought to us by Farnell Jaguar Leeds in this striking yellow, the team were looking to break this up with some subtle 3M 2080 gloss black detailing. This was to be applied on the front splitter, side sills, bonnet vents & mirror caps.

The Process
Prior to applying the vinyl to the F-type, there is a lot of prep work to ensure the final results are flawless. A full vehicle wash to remove any contaminants from the surface. The vehicle is then brought into our workshop to be dried off and stripped down. Removing parts such as the mirror caps, front splitter, bonnet vents. Each part is then further cleaned with out specific cleaners that ensure no dust or further contaminants and remaining on the surface. The 3M 2080 gloss black in then applied using cut tape where necessary to eliminate the need to cutting on the car. Once each part is wrapped, our workshop manager checks through to ensure he is happy with the quality of the work. Once approved, out technician rebuilds the vehicle and out detailer gives it a final polish.

The Results
The results of such simple vinyl detailing can be great as seen here on this Jaguar F-Type. Further enhancing the aggressive body styling package this vehicle has. The Farnell team were super impressed with the results of which now want further models with the same detailing.
