R300 Conversion

Reforma have been known for customising vehicles to very high standards. Reforma as a business therefore adapted a new commercial devision called RCS – Reforma Commercial Sales. A business dedicated at customising all your commercial vehicles. Project one was the Ford Transit Custom Sport. From factory a very versatile van however auesteicallh not the most appealing. However now with the R300 V1 Enhancement package, you can be assured a unique looking van. The R300 package includes the front lower valance, side skirts, rear diffuser including exhaust tips, front grille inc FORD lettering and finally optional wheels, side steps and stripe kits.

  • The Process

    The process with all our transit conversions is to begin with an initial consultation. Our team member will either call or arrange a meeting to discuss how you would like to design your Transit. Options to discuss will include the style of wheels, tyres, colour coding on the enhancement package and finally the graphics kit. We can also look todo an on screen visual if necessary to show you prior to order what the vehicle will look like. Once we have settled on a package, we will look to book you in. Parts are then processed to paint prior to the vehicles arrival to ensure a quick and efficient turnaround. When your vehicle arrives, we will conduct an initial check in and the conversion Theron after should not take no longer than 1 week. The van is put up onto a ramp where the styling back is bonded/ bolted onto the existing bumper with an end of installation quality check to ensure the alignment of the kit is to our standard. The wheels are then installed bringing the van back down to apply the graphics kit if specified. Once completed the Transit is cleaned down both internally and external ready for the customer to collect.

  • The Results

    The final results bring the Ford Transit to a whole new level. Keeping in line with the OEM Ford styling pack therefore appealing to those who want an enhanced version of the original kit. Both the Black Rhino and BF Goodrich tyres fill our the arches giving it a more aggressive appearance on the road as well as improving its stability.
