The Process

We begun the process by discussing design with the client.

He then came to our premises to choose his vinyl colours with our help. Once he decided on vinyls our designer created a mock up to show him how the car would look like. After approving the mock job could process and get passed to our production department.

The next step was for our artworker to produce the files and pass them to production department. We created the test cut file which we plotted to ensure the vinyl falls in the right place and is the exact same size as per mock up. Once we were happy with our test files, our production department cut the graphics from 3m chosen vinyls. The Charcoal Metallic was then applied onto Matte Deep Black using the application tape.

Our workshop technicians can then apply the graphics using the mock up as their visual. They prepare the car by thoroughly cleaning the surfaces using specialised cleaning solutions and measure and mark up spaces between graphics and badges to ensure they are in correct place.

Once applied our workshop manager inspects the car to ensure f430 stripe graphics look as per visual and the quality meets our strict standards. We then contact the customer to let him know his car is ready for collection and arrange the pick up time.

The Results

The finished look adds that extra custom detail to this spectacular Ferrari F430 truly elevating its apperance.

Sometimes the small detail can make a great difference and this is just the perfect example of it.
